John is the President of the Jersey Estate Agents’ Association (JEAA), a role that he has also done previously which reflects his leadership and dedication to the industry.
With over 20 years experience, John is a passionate and highly respected figure in Jersey’s property landscape. As the Managing Director and founder of Quemard Estates, established in May 2007, he has led the agency to become one of the island’s most successful in letting and property management, headquartered in prime real estate offices on King Street, St. Helier.
John has spent most of his working life in property and remains deeply committed to raising standards across the sector and encouraging other local estate agents to work to a code of conduct.
A forward-thinking leader, he played a key role in introducing The Property Ombudsman Scheme to Jersey, demonstrating his long-standing commitment to transparency and professionalism in the market.
In addition to his sales experience, John has built an extensive property management portfolio, giving him a strong and influential presence in the island’s rental market. His broad network and trusted reputation make him a go-to expert for clients, investors, and industry peers alike.
